MEDIEVAL EVENING
The re-discovery of customs, traditions and legends of medieval dishes by candlelight, in conjunction with the mysterious event “Haeretica…de foco, strie et deavoli” (“Haeretica… fire, whiches and demons”).
LITERARY APERITIVES - Meetings the authors in Borno
B&B Zanaglio, in collaboration with Cultural Club “La Gazza”, offers its Medieval Courtyard to host meetings with important figures within the literature world, offering a rich aperitive to all.
FATAL RECIPES
B&B Zanaglio offers an evening “noir” inspired from the same name book by writer Katia Brentani, dedicated to reciopes and stories of five poisoners and their wicked actions which have changed the course of history, casted by actress Annapaola Carrino.

Evenings dedicated to Italian and International wine tasting, hosted by sommelier Carlo Agostinelli in collaboration with Cultural Club “La Gazza”.
THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF THE REAL MODENA DOP BALSAMIC VINEGAR
Daniele Bonfatti, producer of the original Modena DOP balsamic vinegar of for four generations, talks about the taste and the know show of a real Italian Excellence. He is joined by Katia Brentani and her book “Balsamic Recipes”.
